Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests are accepted only if made within the same day of placing the order. However, cancellations may not be entertained if orders have been processed and shipped.
• Orders for perishable items such as food and beverages cannot be canceled. However, refund/replacement may be provided if the product is found to be defective.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within one day of receipt for a replacement or refund. The merchant will verify the claim before processing.
• If the product does not match expectations, you must notify our customer service within one day of receipt. An appropriate resolution will be determined upon review.
• Products with manufacturer warranties must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days.

Delivery

• For local Gurugram buyers, orders are shipped via our self-delivery team within 30 minutes or as per agreed delivery times.
• DENEB AND POLLUX HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED is liable for any delivery delays, and in case of dissatisfaction.
• Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of purchase.
• Delivery confirmation will be sent to your registered email.
